Jeter is a great dog, very loyal to his person. He loves people (including children) and other dogs. He wants to be with his person all the time and loves to go on walks in the woods.

Jeter was a stray found in Madison County by my friends. He had no collar and no chip; they advertised but could not find the owner for three weeks. After I met him, I decided to take him in and see if it works out. He has been to the vet and is healthy and updated on all his care.

Jeter has two issues that make him a challenging dog to place. He has separation anxiety and he is afraid of loud noises like thunderstorms and fireworks. The ideal situation for Jeter would be to live with someone who is home most of the time; or with a family where one of the members is home most of the time. With me, he has the run of the house, with a dog door to a large fenced yard, which is good for him. But I work outside the home and I am gone too much.

Please send me an email if you are interested.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A GSRA DOG. ONLY CONTACT THIS INDIVIDUAL ABOUT THIS DOG. THE CONTACT HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH GSRA AND GSRA CANNOT ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS DOG.
