PANZER ~2 years old.  Good with dogs & cats. Kids TBD

GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, and SC only

Who is this handsome boy, you ask!  Well this big boy is Panzer.  He was picked up as a stray and I can’t, for the life of me, understand why no one came to find him.  To me, he is one of those pups you dream of (at least I do).  He has one of the most loving personalities.  He LOVES to be with his people and is a true velcro pup.  He loves to crawl up on the couch/recliner and cuddle close to you. He is a big lap dog. <3 He is a little shy when he first meets you but give him a little time to warm up and he is a total love bug. I picked him up one afternoon and by that evening, he was cuddled up in my lap. :~)

Panzer has free range in my house 24/7 with my female pup and has done great.  No issues at all. He gets along with my female; hanging around, going places, etc but he doesn’t care for her rougher style of play.  He loves going for walks, hikes in the woods, a swim in the lake or whatever adventure happens to come his way.  He enjoys going for car rides and is a wonderful companion on them.  He enjoys playing fetch, tug-of-war and playing with his toys.

Panzer walks pretty well on a leash and has started to work on some basic commands (sit, stay, leave it). He seems to pick up on things pretty well.  He would do well with a family who likes to continue his training.

Panzer would love a family who wants a pup filled with lots of love to give. He would do okay as an only dog, if someone was home a lot or with another pup who is on the calmer side. Panzer is a medium energy pup – enjoys playing but can also be calm in the house.  He’d loved to have a fenced yard to play in but he also does love to be inside in the air conditioner but who doesn’t as hot as it is. Lol  I haven’t had him around kids but with his personality, I think he would do okay with respectful ones. Panzer was cat tested and didn't show any interest in the cat, see cat video below.

So if you are looking for a pup with lots of love to give, he might be the one you’ve been looking for.
