INGOT ~1-2 years old.  Good with older considerate children and large dogs.  Not good with cats or small dogs.

GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, and SC only .

Meet Ingot! His beautiful gold coat was the inspiration for his name, and his house manners are pure gold!

Ingot is a medium size dog, under 2 years old, with boundless energy. He would be great as an agility dog or a running partner, and he can keep your high-energy dog exercised. Sadly he’s not really good with cats or with small dogs.

This pup is super wiggly and rambunctious. He plays kind of rough, so no small or elderly dog companions.
Ingot riles up quickly, so the person handling him needs to be calm and assertive. When the handler is calm, Ingot is calm.

Ingot is crate trained and although he’s never too happy about going in (who would be?), once he’s in, he settles quickly. This good boy is also house trained. He knows ‘sit’ and ‘down’ and comes (mostly) when called. With a little prompting, he will sit quietly to get his leash on, but he needs a little practice walking nicely.

If you’re ready for some wiggly, happy, gold in your life, fill out an application today! Ingot is ready!
