BOWTIE ~17 months old.  Good with kids, dogs and cats.

GSRA Adopts in NC, SC, & VA ONLY

Everyone say HI to BOWTIE! This good looking fella is always happy to greet anyone in his path...other dogs, big or small, kids of all ages and sizes, adults, male or female..even CATS! He loves everyone and everything, he's the whole package!!!

Bowtie is a 17 months old with all the energy and excitement of a puppy in a big package. The great thing is he is already house trained, crate trained and knows several commands like sit, stay and will even sit by the door until he has his leash on and given the go command. Which is good because he loves to go go go! He rides great in cars and is a wonderful travel companion. Bowtie behaves perfect inside the home but don't leave him alone too long because he is still a puppy and will find ways to entertain himself.
Bowtie will need to continue in obedience training and socialization but the sky is the limit with this boy.  If you put the time and energy into showing him the ropes, you will have one amazing dog on your hands!

Special Needs:
It has been confirmed that Bowtie has hip dysplasia and a bad front elbow although he is currently asymptomatic.  The vet does not recommend any surgery at this time.  He currently runs and plays just like an energetic pup and does take short breaks in between romps.  It would not be recommended that Bowtie be a jogging partner or a professional frisbee catcher, but there is nothing keeping him from having a full and happy life.
