~7 years old. Good with kids, dogs and cats. (COURTESY LISTING) Date Posted: 10Jun2014 We love Saber!!!! Saber is an AKC registered shep. and a wonderful family pet. He's been with us since he was a puppy and we love him dearly. Unfortunately, we will be moving soon, and won't be able to take Saber with us. We're so hopeful that we can find him a good home. He was raised in a house with 3 children and is about as mild mannered as they come. Good with other animals of any kind, Just this week he befriended a small fawn in our backyard. He has never had health issues. And Saber is as smart as they come. He loves to play catch, hide and seek, and go for walks. He also loves rolling in the grass.
