Foster Diary:
Hi its Lexi... my foster mom says that if I ever want to find my
forever home I need to update everyone on my progress in the rescue.
Things couldn't be better. I am all done with my heartworm
treatment... what a relief... and my diabetes is all under control. I
get a shot every couple of days to control it. Mom says not to worry
about giving me a shot because she will show you how and I don't mind
it one bit.
I get along great with my big gsd brother and my litte fox terrier of
sister.
Mom still thinks I shouldn't be around cats... I am a little too interested in them. But I am great with other dogs
continue
and absolutely
love to go in the car! I am about 7 years old but act more like I am
a mature
4 year old. I love to
play but also enjoy snuggling during a nice quiet evening watching a
movie. My favorite thing to do though is to just be with you.
I can stay home by myself
but am glued to you while you are home. Oh, but not in a separation
anxiety way just in the "I love you" sort of way. I am completely
house trained and crate trained of course. I am working on the basic
commands as well. I can sit and come but we are still working on stay
since I just want to be with you. So do you need a snuggly bug to
follow you around and be your best friend? I sure do. See ya
later...
