Foster Diary:
"Hi, I'm Gizzie, I am about 4 or 5 years old, black and tan girl. At first when my foster family brought me in, I did not weigh much and my hip bones were sticking out, but I look much better now and I am putting on weight, my doctor just said that I was malnourished. At that time I was very, very shy and scared of anything, but now I have learned to trust my foster family and my brother Oliver is so Krazy and he likes to play, so I play with him sometimes and then there are times when I enjoy a good relax. I get along fine with kids and other animals, although we don't have any cats here, so I'm not real sure how I would react to them, but I don't think that I would torment them, maybe just a little chase. I am house trained and crate trained, I am a very good girl, with alot of love to give and very well behaved. My doctor said that I just have one little problem, I have tested positive to heartworms. Since my foster family rescued me, I have come a long way, coming out of my shell and learning to trust people, although, at first when I meet new people, I might be a little shy. Does anyone have room in their heart and home for me? My foster family loves me, but that brother of mine has so much energy!!!
