Foster Diary:
Hi Everyone ~ my name is Felix! I am a happy silly 2 yr old white GSD boy with lots of love in my heart. My parents dropped me off at the shelter because they did not have time for me anymore. It just broke my heart but they did not give me much love nor play time they were just too busy for me. Now I have a new foster Mommy and I just love her. She takes me to the "Dog Wash" she scrubs my beautiful white coat till I shine and smell pretty. I was not so sure about this place as I had never been to a "dog wash" but it is pretty fun and the people are really nice. Mommy takes me for long walks on my leash    continue and harness, I am a strong boy so sometimes I pull too hard. I will need a home where my family will give me lots of guidance and not let me take over the household. I tend to want to take the lead unless you do it first! I love hanging out in the house but guess what I play with toys now. I never knew what toys were, I never had any of my own. Mommy gave me this queer thing filled with peanut butter called a Kong, I did not know what to do with it and still have not ate it but I look at it every night when I go to bed in my crate. I love to toss towels around, Mommy puts them all over her patio cause she does not want me to get any dirt on on my beautiful white fur so when she is not looking I toss them around. I love my canine sister Jada, she plays with me, I chase her all over. I really like the kitchen here there is always something good cooking and I usually get a bite of some fresh veggies so I stick pretty close to Mommy when she is cooking. So far I really like potatoes, not crazy about celery though. It's only been a short time, but man oh man am I ever happy ~ my tail will not quit wagging and I give lots of doggie kisses to Mommie and everyone else sitting on the couch, which I have never done before. I just can't get over all the love and affection I get ~ I am soooo happy. Hee hee ~ I licked dog snarf all over Mommies laptop screen I do not miss a trick! I have been very good about my house manners, no pee pee or anything else. I go in and out all day and play to my hearts content. I know this is my foster home I don't really want to leave here but I am hoping that soon I will find my forever home. Come see me at the May Adoptathon ~ I promise I will lick your face!
